Anil Gochhikar of Puri made Odisha proud by winning the Mr India title in 65kg category of the 10th Senior National Body-building Championship, which was held at Gurugram in Haryana from March 2 to 4, 2017. Odisha Body Building Association (OBBA) fielded an 11-member state squad in this championship.
The squad was accompanied by coach Lalatendu Patra and manager Ajay Kumar Mohapatra. OBBA president Chitta Ranjan Swain, secretary Prasanna Mahasuara and executive director Venugopal Rao also were present in Gurugram to participate in the Annual General Body meeting of Indian Body Builders Federation (IBBF).
